AML/KYC Compliance.Aurum is obligated under applicable AML and Counter-Terrorism laws, regulations, and guidance to develop and implement risk-based AML/Counter-Terrorism compliance programs. In furtherance of Aurum's AML obligations, we may use any collected information to verify identities, process transactions, prevent fraud, prevent criminal activity, prevent money laundering, prevent terrorist financing, and comply with Aurum's AML Policy and any applicable AML/KYC laws, regulations, or guidance.
AURUM RESPECTS THE PRIVACY OF ALL OF OUR CLIENTS, CUSTOMERS, VENDORS, AND USERS, AND WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR ANY COLLECTED INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES FOR MONETARY COMPENSATION.

6. How We Respond to Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control Signals
Please note that, at this time, we do not honor “DNT” signals or other mechanisms that may allow you to opt out of the collection of information across networks of websites and online services.
